Introduction:

In the early hours of this morning I felt led to write this (was not planned or structured…just written in prose as it is). I have a strong sense that this is truly a word for many out there, especially as we prepare to enter into a new year (equal new era) be blessed!
You, People & Your Dream Fufillment: 
One of the signs of the times we live in is that when one is excelling there are few people in one’s current and past life who want to acknowledge this fact, in fact many shun or avoid the one excelling or achieving positive things as though they were a plague and cannot be approached. 
This is rooted in gross insecurities among people which is also a sign of the times we live in; people are grossly infirmed with a lack of self worth, low self esteem and jealousy, so that the fangs of rage are exposed as as the horns of a wild bull positioned for the attack when others they know, even close friends excel, receive trophies on their mantel pieces or become fruitful for all to see. 

Will a word of recognition, acclamation or praise for the achiever escape their lips? Will they be found near or far? No instead many escape, hide or pretend the new era of the achiever does not exist, wishing they were losers or back to the state when there was no fear that they would rise or excel, when it was easier to be their mate, when they were mere no-bodies in lives of mediocrity or triviality. Even critical thoughts against them emerge “look at them with their airs & graces!” “Who do they think they are?!” and fumes of anger penetrate the air at the mention of their name and “stop” signs that are a “don’t go there” reminder are seen before one’s eyes when they visualise the person.

However if you were in dire straits, are afflicted day and night these same people inclined to shun you in times of your pathway to achievement will run to your aid with kind offers of help and demonstrations of love and offering wise counsel. That is their tendency, seeking out, looking for the afflicted or down and out to show them they care. Some are genuine but many are deceivers for their motives are not selfless, nor are they rooted in the fact that they love God and desire to demonstrate His love to others, nor do they love you. It is because they love themselves (yes again a sign of the times, a great multitude of lovers of selves…) to the point that their desire to self exalt, feed and so inflate a deflated ego or self worth is done at the expense of one they appear to want to help, love or care for in their distress. In the secret place of a warped mind, there is a sign of contentment, a whisper of glee “Ah at least I am not like them”, “I am in a better place than he/she is”.

The aforementioned is not the pitiful state of every interpersonal relationship, however it is in this context that I am inclined to write; Should a man or a woman stop achieving and excelling because there is a sea of opposing crowds, false friends and two faced hanger ons? 

Should they give up on fulfilling dreams because those they called friends and even family play the blind, deaf and mute with some even acting as strangers no where to be found? 

My answer, my counsel is NO and NEVER. Let them go for those who want to take flight from your life, in fact open the door for them and move things out of their way, so they can depart very quickly with ease. You have much to contend with in your journey and worrying about or being offended by such as these is a waste of time and energy that need to be reserved for that which is important in terms of the process for achieving your goals. Ensure you stay in a spirit of praise, worship and thanksgiving ensuring your conscience in clear if not be quick to repent and forgive so that nothing stops your partnership with God to fulfill your destiny for the glory of God. 
The journey to fulfil your destiny, achieve what you have set your heart to based on prophetic words or dreams may be a road of solitude and suffering, but rest assured it is temporary. The joy and glory reaped in times of success far our way the afflictions and loneliness. Many shall benefit from your joy and achievements and along the way and in that place of fulfilment, a new crowd shall emerge, ones with whom you walk, laugh, sing and rejoice. A people who will be as family shall be an added prize. These have walked a similar walk and as you have a genuine cup running over of empathy, compassion and encouragement to be poured out to a world in need. 
In the journey of life some people will always be as car brakes and stop lights while others will be as fuel and accelerators for the advance. Therefore come what may regardless of how people act, react or what they say, take hold of those dreams and visions from deep within and received from God’s written as well as prophetically uttered word and arise and ascend to the place of glorious fulfilment.
