The Master’s Generals

There are a people whose frustrations flip flop into praise.

Their tears become cascades of overflowing joy.

Their words once cutting and ice cold causing shivers down the spine, now like a warm bath, inviting and soothing.

Their lifestyles read like verses bearing witness to their Master, the Anointed Saviour.

They are more than conquerors through him who loves them, the Redeemer and Lord of the Armies of Heaven.

Onward they march triumphant, generals of the LORD’s army.

Clad in armours of divine strength and gifted with the know how of the Master, they advance towards battlefields.

Victory is their battle cry, as they wave flags of redemption, freeing captives, disarming enemies and taking territories.

As He is so are they.

Their Truth Shall Be Known

OFor some and for so long, people have said their lives ignite yawns of boredom and their destinies are like skirting shadows here and there.

The code of silence bolts entry into lives ladened with potholes and ambushes at every turn…lives misunderstood..lives of the wise.

Sacrificed, they live for generations to arise out of the mud heap they languish in.

An offering for the freeing of the cursed led astray by false headlights.

There will come a time, that time of the Most High, like a sudden burst from the heavens of torrential rain when the silence will break and the purpose of their lives will be heard over mountains and across the seas.

Each as one with many faces of the man, the woman, the child… of the student, the worker and church goer…

As many a people broken, now made whole…

on a bumpy road, now made straight..

their breakthroughs are his and hers, of them becoming a people of substance living in abundance and heading into blissful eternity…

They are lifestyle intercessors, their truth shall be known, a prophetic people of fecundity.

They Are Poor

They Are Poor…

They are poor for hatred is as a spider’s web knotted in their hearts choking the breath of life like a hangman’s noose.

They are poor…clothed in exquisite taste, but to the trained eye mere ghoulish attire.

Knitted together with cohorts, they spew venom on this person and that.

They are poor yet know not, for all they have is money, all they have is property, all they have are names on rich lists.

All they have is nothing..

Nothing to show before the judge of life,

Nothing of eternal value for a handshake by the Father of Lights.

Nothing… in their money vaults called poverty.

Absolutely Nothing…

One on one with the Holy Spirit..be expectant for creative prophetic expression.

“Seek God for your desired expressions of His Spirit within you. Most have never thought of doing so. What are your gifts and talents? How can the Holy Spirit assist you?

When you have a quiet time and have done your bible study, prayed and sang to the LORD, acknowledging the presence of the Holy Spirit, pause for a moment for the Holy Spirit may want to speak through you, praise or sing to God about His goodness or who He is through you…

As a born again believer you have the Holy Spirit indwelling you and the more you fellowship with Him as one in Christ the more He will flow as “living waters” out of your “belly” (John 7:38).

At times the utterance will be straight forward prophecies as words to be written, songs or psalms to be sang and can be set to music. Whether written or sang they may also have poetic expression.

Always have your journal ready to write and even a sound recorder to record. Be expectant and prepared to receive from the “living waters” or Holy Spirit flowing out of you as a believer in Jesus Christ, the “last Adam a Life giving Spirit” (1 Corinth. 15:45)…

Message to Father: A New Day

At this mountain top, never do I cease to see your face glistening as the sun.

In past times, I must admit I did the sprint so that far from you I run.

In present times, my once static frown has morphed into a smile of one having so much fun.

Pray, keep me anointed as I upscale greater heights to fulfil my mandate through the Son of Man. ©️July2018 DENyamekye

All For His Glory

“Whatever I have, it is my desire that it is from the Most High’s hands.

Whatever I do, I pray will be His doing and approved by Him. For I live to give Him all the glory”. DENyamekye

Peter and John had this same desire and prayer as I do when they lived to fulfil their purpose in Christ.

They were without doubt that God was with them. Among other disciples of Jesus, they had received and been baptised in the Holy Spirit (John 20:22, Acts 2:4) and believed Jesus when he said they would do greater works than He did if they believe in Him (John 14:12). Everything they did was for the glory of God in Christ.

Peter and John knew that without Christ they were nothing (John 15:5) and their mission was not to build treasures for themselves on earth (Matt.6:19-20). Instead their heart was knitted with their purpose which was to preach the gospel and perform miracles of healing and deliverance.

This is evidenced in Peter’s response to the cripple at the temple gate called Beautiful. When he asked Peter and John for money Peter replied in humility

“I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, get up and walk!” (Acts 3:6 NLT).

They were bold because they exercised their Christ delegated authority and power knowing that whatever they ask in Jesus’ name will be granted to them as He had promised (John 15:7). As they did the works of Christ in his name, Christ gave glory to the Father through them (John 14:13).

After the cripple was healed, Peter knew that he had to give honour and glory to God for performing this miracle of healing when he saw all the people running towards him and John. He had a reverential fear of God and did not for one moment want the crowd to think he and John had any power of their own to heal anyone.

The bible states that Peter “saw his opportunity and addressed the crowd”:

“People of Israel,” he said, “what is so surprising about this? And why stare at us as though we had made this man walk by our own power or godliness? 13For it is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—the God of all our ancestors—who has brought glory to his servant Jesus by doing this. This is the same Jesus whom you handed over and rejected before Pilate, despite Pilate’s decision to release him.

14You rejected this holy, righteous one and instead demanded the release of a murderer. 15You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. And we are witnesses of this fact!

16“Through faith in the name of Jesus, this man was healed—and you know how crippled he was before. Faith in Jesus’ name has healed him before your very eyes. (Acts 3:12-16NLT).

May God help us all to be as Peter and John as we live to fulfil our God given purpose on earth; Giving him all the glory and praise for every accomplishment however small or large.

Have a blessed day in Christ.

A Miracle-filled Life is Yours!

Sometimes we may be going through difficulties and not know where to turn. Let us be reminded that we have a God who is “our refuge & strength, a very present help in trouble” (Psa.46:1). He also said in His Word that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Heb. 13:5).

He is the same God who miraculously prevented Daniel and his friends from burning in the furnace (Daniel 6) and who answered the prayer of the saints on behalf of Peter so that he was miraculously released from prison (Acts 12). He is also the same God who came to earth as Christ through a miraculous birth, so that the inheritance of His people Israel would be extended to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. If Jesus Christ is not your Lord and Saviour it is not too late, there is a miraculous life awaiting you!

He is also the God who never forgets your faithfulness to Him; many have toiled and laboured and some times wonder when they will either be healed from a particular sickness or receive answers to certain prayers which would change their situation for the better.

In fact some of you have been waiting on God through prayer for the fulfilment of prophecies spoken over your lives. “When LORD! when” is your desperate cry! But God is saying there are things that have to take place first and as you stay close to Him, He will give you understanding. Patience and perseverance in the place of worship regardless of the circumstance is what God is calling us all to.

Be encouraged today! In Christ a miraculous life is guaranteed!

In Him:

In the holy place

we seek His face,

there He appears to

wipe away our tears.

In our hearts

we call His name,

there flows His fountain

that heals our pain.

In Him

no more tears,

no more pain.
